Once a home is designed, the selection process begins, you will take the path with our designers to piece together the perfect puzzle through a stress-free process, built to be cohesive and tailored to fit your budget.

Develop

Building a home with Altona will give you the freedom to mix and match any customary home design. Not only do we provide floor plans but the initial meeting will consist of not only an architect but with professional builder designers.

Build

After the design is complete, we host a pre-construction meeting, which allows you to meet the construction team. The construction process will be completely reviewed at this time. At Altona it is in our interest to keep our clients actively participating in the build.
